The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words:
Rei = spiritually guided Ki= universal life force energy (pronounced Ray- Kee)
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art used to balance and clear energy, reduce stress and promote relaxation and healing on all levels; mind, body and spirit! It is administered by ‘laying on hands’ and is based on the knowledge that an unseen ‘life force energy’ flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. It is the very energy or essence that holds the universe together!
Subtle and non-invasive, Reiki enhances all forms of traditional medicine. It is not based on any religious beliefs; it is the essence of pure, unconditional Love.

Reiki Certification Level I
Zententions Reiki Certification Classes are based on the USUI Lineage as taught by Dr. Mikao Usui. In Reiki Level I: the students are introduced to Reiki, what it is, how it works and also about its history.
Students receive the First and Second Degree Manual with instructions, pictures and tons of information as well as information sheets such as how to conduct a full Reiki session.
The student receives a Reiki Level One is open to the public, no experience necessary.
Upon successful completion a certificate is awarded. Give yourself the gift of Reiki!
Reiki Level one
attunement which connects him/her directly with the universal Reiki energy. There will be demonstrations of the Reiki hand positions and practice time; helping each one feel comfortable in giving and receiving Reiki. Once attuned to Reiki, it will begin a process of self healing and awakening on every level; mind, body and spirit! So not only will you be able to provide healing for others, you too will develop aspects of your true self, enabling you to reach your highest potential! An added bonus; once attuned to Reiki it will stay with you forever!

Zententions offers Reiki I and Reiki II Certification as an intensive package, spaced a week or two apart. This allows for a savings in price and also eneables the student to receive the Reiki Symbols and learn Long Distance Healing!

Reiki Level II Certification
In the Reiki Level II Certification Class, each student receives a Reiki Level II attunement as well as the level II symbols, their meaning and use incuding the long distance symbol. There will be lessons on chakra clearing and balancing; trusting your intuition. Students will have the opportunity to practice on each other as well as directing healing energies to a loved one far away (this includes pets!) and healing for people and areas around the globe that need it most!
Reiki Level I Certification is required for this course. Upon successful completion a certificate is awarded. Give yourself and the world the gift of Reiki!

Reiki Level III/Advanced Reiki Training Intensive
The Reiki Level III and Advanced Reiki Training (ART) is presented in an Intensive class through Zententions.

Clinical Studies Support the Effectiveness of Reiki
Scientific research strongly suggests that energy does extend throughout and beyond the physical body, and that disruptions or imbalances in its flow correlate to physical, mental and emotional illness. The healing art of Reiki addresses these imbalances to support your good health and well-being.
The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) at the National Institutes of Health notes that Reiki belongs to "Biofield Medicine, which involves systems that use subtle energy fields in and around the body for medical purposes".

Reiki Healing Attunements~
In a 45-60 min. session, you can receive a healing attunement similar to the attunements one receives when becoming a Reiki Practitioner, without having to become one!
"It's Like Spring Cleaning for the Soul!"
The Healing Attunement brings in high frequency healing energies which are more powerful and effective than those given during a regular Reiki Treatment. An Attunement will help clear the chakras and the aura; removing negative energy in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. The energies will begin to work on releasing any blocks you choose to focus on while filling you with high vibration healing energy!
