Zententions - Jennifer Wichard

Jennifer Wichard was involved in residential home sales, construction and interior design for over fifteen years, but when she decided to focus her energy on assessing and reevaluating her own life, the renovation of her own life took on a very different ‘look’ than she could have ever imagined. Jennifer decided to honor her love and passion for interior design, by becoming an empowerment coach in order to assist people to restructure and redesign their personal lives, instead of their homes.

Her personal and professional journey was greatly impacted by Reiki Energy Healing, which she believes was instrumental in opening pathways to a deep connection with her higher self, intuitive abilities as well as her ability to communicate with Spirit. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and integrates Reiki Healing Energy into her coaching and Zententions workshops. Jennifer finds that Reiki assists her clients to ‘feel’ the release of energetic and emotional ‘blocks’, opening up a clear pathway for them to create the changes they wish to experience.

Meeting Jen:

Our encounter was a very special one and although I was very nervous the first time I met her, her love, compassion, free spirit, understanding; in other words, her whole being, made me feel at home. She is an educated individual and knows how to setup your sessions in a way that it is comfortable to you. In my case, I visit her twice a week and every time I finish with my sessions, I feel more empowered and full of compassion, love, freedom and the best part of it, she knows and understand how to do it so you don't become dependent of your sessions. As she always says, "you deserve to be free, free of fear, free of attachments and live your live in accordance to your inherited high vibrations".

What to Expect in your sessions?

This is a very tricky part. I recommend to come with a positive attitude towards whatever your needs are. In my case, besides some empowering coaching, I wanted Jen to try some Reiki sessions on me to see if it they can help me with some IBS symptoms; which amazingly turned out to be connected to my level of stress and unavailability of emotional freedom. Honestly, I decided to come in with no expectations, and just to be open to new possibilities so I can fully understand and be able to grasp the whole experience. I recommend to come in with an open mind, and free of any expectations because after all, (and this is what I learned in my coaching sessions), expectations are just attachments to outcomes and we need to be free of all that and allow life to flow as it is. You will love the experience and you let yourself free of all that.

Convenience:

I live about 40 miles from their location and thanks to the level of technology and accessibility we all have nowadays, Jen offers you the possibility to receive your coaching sessions via Skype, which is a total freebie and can be downloaded from the Internet. Skype is very reliable and works like a charm, I even was able to receive my coaching session parked in a gas station in the middle of the

Grand Central Parkway using my laptop and my BlackBerry connected to the internet and loved the experience because I was looking at the beautiful winter scenery of the Meadow Lake. I loved it !!

Empowering Coaching:

I always considered myself an educated individual, however; I needed to learn how to become free of different beliefs and attachments that were preventing me of expanding in my personal life. The coaching is provided in a very compassionate and professional matter. The interaction is so delightful that it helps you to become total honest and speak your truth to the coach. Sometimes, she will ask you to write statements that help you visualize your reality and experience the freedom from our negatives beliefs that only create demands and stress both at the mental and physical level. Jen is great at giving you a broad view of the reality of things and makes you understand exactly the real cause of your fears or attachments. I really recommend giving yourself the gift of some coaching so you can experience it for yourself.

Reiki - The Wonderful Power of Healing:

Its wonderful, I am now in my third session and I can tell that is has helped me in releasing and "unclogging "lots of trapped energy that is supposed to flow and therefore making body lighter, healthier and with a sensation of peace.

Affordability:

In a world of abundance, it is hard to believe that sometimes our budgets are tight, however, Jen's fees are reasonable and well worth it. She is such a compassionate person that she will never put any pressure on you to continue with your sessions. She will never judge the fact that you just can't continue due to any specific circumstance that prevents you to afford her services.

At the beginning , I said that I can describe Zententions with one word, and I will, but first I would like to end by recommending you to give Zentention a try, after all you, you won't lose anything, you will only gain more knowledge and experience in your life.
