My commitment to facilitate real change in this world is what birthed Zententions. I fully support, encourage, empower and celebrate the divinity of human beings of ALL ages, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations and belief systems. To be FREE TO BE is to live authentically.
My coaching, Reiki healing, instructional classes, activities and healing services are expansive in nature, as they are designed to ignite introspection, inner tranquility, clarity and the purpose and direction your spirit desires. Releasing the things that no longer serve us empowers us to make decisions that enable us to move forward.
Emotional Renewal
Very often due to challenging emotional situations, it can be challenging to execute positive life decisions that help us to move forward. Coaching in conjunction with Reiki energy healing, neutralizes emotions that have long hindered us, and in 'releasing' them, they are transformed into a ‘can-do’ sense of possibility, purpose and inner peace.
